Fixed an issue with X Pipe disrupting regular gameplay due to lingering effect issues. Even if you restarted a fresh run, a lingering effect from a previous run's X Pipe could have disrupted normal gameplay. This has now been fixed. Fixed an issue in the tutorial where you could get stuck on a step if you switched between Mouse controls and Keyboard/Controller controls too quickly between steps.
