Balance Changes & ReworksModern House: Reworked. Now grants all tiles the rent and tenant values of its property. Its “powerful but basic” identity felt outdated compared to newer synergies, so we kept the simple design while significantly increasing its impact.Camp Site: Works the same, but now returns to your hand each season. It previously felt too forgettable, so this change makes it more central to strategies involving empty tile management.Trailer House: No longer destroys itself to grant its blueprint. Instead, landing on any tile with empty tile slot spawns tenants on its tile. This was leaning too much on thematic action, rather than fun action so we decided to change this.Fruit Shop: Now gives $1000, but loses $200 each time rent is collected (instead of each season).
