Hotfix #3 — The Rake Steam update #1127

-Turned off dynamic skylights by default since people are complaining about optimization. If you want those awesome lighting fx you can turn them on in the settings with the "ultra lighting-mode" option. Now the game should run alot better by default for people with low-mid end pcs/laptops & Steamdeck.
