Preview build for 2019-12-11 — Panoptic Steam update #1133885

This post details a new release from the unstable "preview" branch of Panoptic, which contains work-in-progress features. We have been hard at work on some quality of life features, as well as bug fixing and improvements for the new map. Thus, we have decided to bring you all one more preview update before the full 5th Early Access update!
