Fixed a bug where the wheels in the tutorial does not start flashing when the player is asked to remove it. Fixed various bugs where going up or down from the cave in the tutorial (in the marshes) would cause the game to crash. Fixed a bug where you would not respawn with a vehicle if you died in the water doing the tutorial.
