Fixes: Fixed: An error happening when changing government building blocks. Fixed: New cities starting as Faster science mode by default instead of Normal. Now Esc key will stop/close any panel or action before going to the pause menu. Some spelling errors. Edit: Updated to 0.3.9.1 to fix the broken UI.
