Beta 1.1 Release (Patch Notes) — Revulsion Steam update #1173893

This patch is a list of bug fixes and changes that I have put together so far this week. I have been playing the game a lot lately to find as many issues as I can. Vending machines now properly display on automap even on random gen levels. Death location now appears on automap. Death Icon visuals have been improved. Elemental enemies affixes have been reworked to be more clear. Major bug with the slayer advancements have been addressed. Advancement for slayer challenges now display how many enemies have been slayed. Slayer Advancement rewards have been adjusted. Hellish shotgun and hellish double barrel shotguns now deal fire damage. All energy weapons now deal ICE damage. Lightning gun now renamed to Ice Lance.
