Fixed a bug where the game would not progress after the ghost appeared in front of the door and the door opened. (The game previously required the player to be looking at the ghost that appears in front of the door for the sequence to continue. Due to a bug in that requirement, we have removed the check and changed the behavior so the game now progresses automatically after a short delay.)
