Just to let you know we've just released the 19.3.1 Minor Update to address a crash affecting users running the game using Intel graphics cards. The game should automatically begin to update next time you launch Steam. For those of you currently in game, save and exit to receive the update. If for whatever reason the game doesn't automatically update we recommend restarting Steam. Thanks.
