Update 0.1d marks some more bug fixes and minor GUI changes - fixed a couple of scroll panels starting in incorrect positions + added 'controls' button at bottom right corner of main menu to inform players of lesser known useful control keys - fixed lobby switching to in-game state before everyone has marked themselves as 'ready' - fixed leaderboard victories sorting
