v.1.0.3 - New decorations and a new video card — Light Up the Holidays Steam update #1227675

It turns out my video card was definitely very dead. RIP 980ti, hello new RTX card. I might as well future proof my PC for the most cutting edge game dev. Sandbox mode is also still under way and an early version of that could be possible before Christmas.
