BALANCE CHANGES — Skillshot City Steam update #123650

Hey all! This version introduces a new semi-tutorial mode. In the singleplayer tab you can now play vs bots, and the game will slow down time when you hold CTRL, making it much easier to read without getting shot at. Muting players now also acts as semi "report player" button. People who get muted by many different players are more likely to get globally muted. 99% of us are awesome! 1% are edgy racists. Please mute/report them to help keep the servers chill. Also, the map has new showdown areas and some classes got buffed.
