v0.100.054 - Hot fix 3 - fixed black screen freeze & force default settings — Killer Bean Steam update #1248811

- fixed the black screen freeze bug if player presses escape too often on the loading screen, which attempts to pause the mission load - forced to set default settings, hopefully for good. The problem was the save system was looking for existing Steam Cloud files that don't exist on new installs, so it failed and set everything to minimum. - removed Enemy Health Multiplier and Enemy Damage Multiplier. These are now set by difficulty settings. Easy = .5x multiplier. Normal and Hard = 1x multiplier
