Fix: Fixed an issue where the population shortage提示 would not display correctly when building a settlement. Optimization: The map list now displays all maps in full; locked maps are no longer hidden and are shown as disabled buttons instead. Optimization: The "Dispatch" button on the tile info panel now changes its text based on the tile's current state. Balance: Reduced new player difficulty to prevent progress from getting stuck (thanks for the feedback): - Lowered the base number of enemy spawns. - Increased the base stats of "Tribal Wanderers".
