Early Access Update v0.862 Feb2025 hotfix — Super Indie Karts Steam update #1269

This update exists mostly to address a bug where unknown (to the game) controllers would cause the game to display white squares instead of the GUI button prompt icon graphics in the menu. But it also adds a few other improvements to the Controller Calibration sliders, with finer tuning control, so calibrating steering wheels is a much better experience. Feb 2025 v0.862 changes: Camera issues: fixed camera not always keeping kart onscreen in Super style races Controller issues: added generic button icons for unknown controllers, to stop the bug where the icons were just white squares. these are UI1, UI2, UI3, and UI4. They're the icons you see when navigating the user interface on menus.
