Clyde — MADHOUSE Steam update #12788

Hello MADHOUSE community! I'm still working on the next chapter update for the Story campaign, with a planned release in late May 2026. In the meantime, I plan to stick to this schedule of releasing content for Versus each month until that mode is complete, also coincident with late May 2026. This month's update introduces a new character, Clyde, an eye guy from another dimension and the last of his kind. His special ability, Beam, can be used to fire rapid shots or it can be charged into a powerful, one-shot-kills death beam. His passive ability, All-Seeing lets him easily see hidden hazards like traps, mines, and caltrops at all times. Also introduced is a new Versus stage: Bio Zone. This dimly-lit interior level is made of flesh, bone, and blood and features difficult terrain, eyes that track your movement, and doors that chomp down!
