Minor changes from WinterPlay playtesting: Change level exit barriers on 0) Tutorials and 1) Rendezvous to disappear when the player has removed all the coconuts from the level in question. Removal of some platforms from levels 1 and 2. Also add some ground checks before triggering dialogue on levels 1, 2, and 8.
