Skin Editor Patch + Rocket Jump — Battle Squares Steam update #1296320

Fixed skin editor animation toggle not working on some clients. Fixed skin editor where the skin would not update when editing the nozzle. Skin editor frame rate option can no longer go below 1 FPS Skin editor frame copy will now let you paste the copied skin in a much more readable format to allow for easy sharing. Optimized skin loading when joining a lobby, (Data transfer amount decreased by around 80%) Weapon changes: AOE Weapons now deal knock back to the shooter. This lets players Rocket Jump with the rocket launcher. Affected weapons: Grenade Launcher, Raygun and Rocket Launcher.
