Typo fix, Quit key change — Mistress Marigold's Home Improvement Steam update #1296896

Very small update: Fixed a typo during the scene where MC is installing mouldings Re-mapped the Quit key from F12 to F10 As to the latter, one of our Patreon backers pointed out that F12 is the default Steam client key for creating screen snaps, and thus, all of his screen snaps had the "Are you sure?" dialog in the middle of the screen. As such, we have moved that to F10 to remove this conflict. Thanks! -Doc62
