Bugfixes & Other Adjustments — Minds of Nations Steam update #1298872

Hello, This version brings only some tweaks and bugfixes: - New sim - Elephant Units will be more expensive - Rhino units will be more expensive - Specialist group spawn rate malus while at war was increased a bit - Removed technological conditions for patent laws - Several other bugfixes Upcoming update: - Fixed effects will come back next week. - Map editor will come next week as well. - Work on single-player will begin after the latter are shipped.
