Known Issue (2025/03/19) — UNLIGHT:Revive Steam update #1305812

After yesterday's maintenance, there was a issue where when exchanging "Ticket (non-purchased)" in the "event" tab of the shop, 10 tickets could be exchanged instead of the usual 1 ticket per exchange. We fixed this at around 9:41 PM on March 18th, but considering the fairness of the total amount of tickets that can be obtained before and after the fix, we will take the following measures. ① The number of "Ticket (non-purchased)" that can be exchanged in one exchange in the "event" tab of the shop will be changed to 10 tickets (up to 10 times). ② If you exchanged "Ticket (non-purchased)" after the fix (9:41 PM on March 18th (JST)) and before this fix (18:42 PM on March 19th (JST)), we will compensate your account for the shortfall. We apologize again for the inconvenience caused to our users. If there is any excess or shortage of compensation, please contact us.
