You've been... Thunderstruck! — Equin: The Lantern Steam update #130678

Here's a cool idea I had the other day: What if random lightning bolts appeared on the mid-late rain floors? And now they do! From floors 21+ there is a chance for a lightning bolt to strike the ground in a random area. If your guy is struck (and unprotected by a resist lightning effect) he will take 10 hazard damage. Being struck while resisting lightning means your Xtoli won't take damage at all. Sound shitty? But wait, there's more! If those random lightning bolts strike any enemy.. It will outright kill them dead! Even champs and bosses. Hurray! Your guy will also say something slightly different when lightning starts being possible ("A storm's a brewing!" instead of "Indoor rain??" That's all for today, I like mixing things up and adding crap lol.
