Day 1 patch — Under The Red Sky Steam update #1324637

Hello! It's already time for a small patch. This patch focuses on a few fixes concerning language files, steam deck specific changes, and bugs in the online settings menu. We'll have more exciting updates soon. I'll also take this opportunity to inform everyone that we have a public dev branch where we'll push updates much more frequently.
