Update 10 — Revhead Steam update #1325326

In this update, we were focusing on the car handling and fixed several known issues. We changed the differential simulation to a better one, which provides better turning and driving performance on road surfaces. Several other components such as steering and suspension are also re-balanced. We introduced locked differentials, which is more suitable for drag or hard offroad racing. Tire grip also changed to provide more realistic feeling and better performance for each category. Using the proper tires on the right surface is even more important now.
