Workshop content usage hotfix — Battlefleet Engineer Steam update #132779

Fixed an issue that prevented playing some newer challenge levels and using ship blueprints downloaded from the workshop. These would show up in the game, but e.g. trying to add such ships to a level would just fail without any error message. The root cause was that the Steam workshop item IDs for new items are now larger numbers than what a 32-bit Integer can hold, which hasn't been an issue before. New feature updates will come eventually when those are ready. The "development" beta branch will get these first if you don't mind having some bugs.
