Version 0.1.1708.26 - Quality of life improvements — Battlefleet Engineer Steam update #132792

This patch brings few smaller features and improvements based on player feedback. Implemented selection groups feature for battles. Select units and press ctrl + number key 1-0 to set group. Then press the number key to select ships in that group. Changed camera panning keys to be WASD by default. The new default is not applied automatically. You need to rebind or delete bindings from you settings file. Expanded support for the rebindable camera panning keys to editors and when following a ship in battle. Added a camera panning speed setting to settings screen. Replaced "Version" column in ship blueprint browser wtih "Author" column to make finding your own designs easier. Added game version display to main menu. Fixed disabled thrusters causing incorrect movement group effect calculation. Unified .NET Framework target to version 4.5.2 and x86 on all assemblies.
