Artificial Stars in Critical Failure now continue generating Energy Materials demand, preventing civilizations from selling resources reserved for their upkeep. Energy Materials demand tooltips now list Artificial Star and Planetary Power Complex upkeep, including Artificial Stars in Critical Failure. Civilizations now aim to maintain a positive production balance, importing additional resources to build reserves while limiting exports that would reduce their local surplus below the target.
