(build 0.4) Planetary Geology — Once Upon The Universe Steam update #1328994

This update introduces the foundation for the new Planet Geology system. Planets now have their own internal geological profile, generated when the planet is formed, which includes geological stability, crust richness, mantle activity, core heat, magnetic field, catastrophe risk, and new geological events that can affect civilizations. These values describe how the planet behaves beneath the surface and how its interior affects gameplay over time. This is still the first layer of the system, but I needed to connect it with the Biosphere system now to avoid major refactors later. Added the first version of the new Planet Geology system. Added a new Geology section to the planet panel. Planets now generate their own geological profile when formed.
