(build 0.3) Biosphere and biodiversity — Once Upon The Universe Steam update #1328997

Ok.. here we go. This update introduces the new Biosphere system: planets can now develop aquatic life, land life, plants, animals, traits, food chains, environmental quality, and new ways for the Creator to guide or disrupt evolution. It is a huge update and, more importantly, a foundation for future features connected to life, intelligence, civilizations, and planetary development. Because of its size, some rough edges are expected, so bug reports and feedback will be especially helpful. Many plant and animal species may still be missing final artwork for now. I will keep adding species visuals gradually in future updates. Added the new Biosphere system with aquatic, small land, medium land, and large land life layers.
