Shortly after launch, multiple players reported being unable to claim their expected rewards from previous events and playtests from the Rewards Center. This is an issue we take very seriously, and we have been working over the past few days to identify why this has happened and rectify the problem. We have now rolled out an update to the Reward Center and are applying missing rewards to affected players. Those players should check their in-game mailbox as soon as possible.
