New Eternal Heart — Idle Cultivation Steam update #1342839

Greetings Fellow cultivators. Here comes another patch. New Defeating the Eternal Empress now awards an Eternal Heart. Consuming Eternal Heart gives option to pick between Artifact Soul Lock Cap or Elemental Soul conversion Cap. (permanent through reincarnation). Allowing you to have more elements at 100. Individual elements still caps at 100, making this a max 700. Or Soul lock more artifacts. Changes Bounty and Shop unlocks will now stay if you get the soul perks to keep them while reincarnating (similar to other perks like soul locking artifacts) Fixed Exploit in bounty were you can change tier before finishing bounty and receiving more than intended reward.
