Still more work to do here but it should improve playability. - Fixed bug where you can't equip relics on enemy army units. - Fixed bug where, if a hive launcher is selected along with other units, move orders fail. - Tweaked flagellator stats. - Reworked options menu: no longer need to hit 'apply'.
