Minor Fixes — Wild West and Wizards Steam update #1347995

Hayden now has an option to give you items again if you lost them for some reason during the Perfect Poison quest. Updated a merchant's troubles quest to better indicate the location of Lacey's revolver. The visit bindstone text on the xp bar no longer appears unless you have advanced far enough in "The Yonder" quest. Fixed Armani pathing through his house walls. Fixed fire particles being seen through the ceiling in Armani's house. Fixed a bug that would cause fall damage sometimes if you jumped while entering a cave or other form of teleport. Opening your map now automatically closes the open map tutorial window. The journal tutorial window now shows when you get the first quest from Cinco and closes when you open your journal. Added tutorial tip telling you how to open your inventory. Removed reference to old grid system from wizard's resurrection quest description.
