There was a strange bug with the skills auto-filling out. It's been fixed. I would highly recommend starting over considering that the upgrades are safe-locked behind actually clicking and purchasing them. Even if it looks like it is unlocked, they are not. Thanks for the patience! I'll make sure to keep updating the game to improve quality of life. Please feel free to reply with any suggestions!
