Bug fixes! — Galaxy Life Steam update #1371462

This small update just fixes some annoying issues you guys reported to us!Bug fixes:- Fixed the ability to overlap buildings in base builder.- Fixed game totally freezing when searching for alliances with specific search key.- Fixed infinite requests when searching for alliances.- Fixed public API frequent errors.- Fixed maintenance timer not properly showing up in-game.- Improved target finder performance.- Fixed outdated links in social panel.Other changes:- War opponents will no longer appear in target finder. (when they did, it wouldn't count warpoints, this is to avoid confusion)
