Fixed some bugs Nerfed neighbor bonus of Weight Reduction and increased Lighter Pistons neighbor bonus. Split LVL 10 bonus into LVL 7 and 10 for Tireboost. Moved LVL 10 bonus to LVL 7 and reduced price from $1200 to $1000 for Lighter Pistons. Made Mega Unfair more difficult.
