Added: 👥 Day & Night Shifts You can now manage separate workforces for day and night. The new staff window (👥 button) includes three tabs: Day Shift, Night Shift, and Schedule. Night staff costs 30% more, but your airport will continue running at full capacity after midnight. (Night shift is only available after purchasing the night flight license.) 💰 Custom Salaries You can now set salaries for each staff type between 70% and 200% of the base rate (in 10% increments). Higher salaries increase satisfaction — lower salaries save money but reduce morale. 😊 Staff Satisfaction A new morale bar shows how your staff is doing. Satisfaction depends on salary, workload, and available social buildings. 🛑 Strikes If satisfaction drops below 20%, staff will go on strike for 12 hours.
