Few post-launch tweaks! — Inkwellers Steam update #1383344

Hi! Few things we've tweaked: Options menu default is now generic settings instead of controls settings. You can read ending credits clearly now! Collision in 3rd location in one of the spots has been added so no going through the walls and ending up in void. In case you might end up in the void, we've added a KillZ mechanic, that will spawn you back in a safe location if you fall through the world We've also received a bug report to do with item pick-up server-host validation, and added further safeguard to prevent any issues of this type.
