Hotfix 0.7.4b — Kilta Steam update #1384260

This hotfix fixed a bug with Elin's ability which caused it to buff the enemy instead of debuffing them. Bandit Gunner's and Wisboar Mage's abilities have been enhanced. Fixed a bug where Elin's ability Performance would buff enemies instead of debuffing them. Bandit Gunner's ability Shotgun Blast now hits its targets simultaneously and has a sound effect. The Wisboar Mage now has an ability called Furious Slice that targets a single rank (column). Under the hood improvements to the dialogue system. These are not yet fully implemented but you can see what is to come in the dialogue between Dalton and R.A.G.A.
