Beta Update: 11.30 — Lost Fleet Steam update #1384754

Update to the work in progress build. You can access the latest beta build by right clicking on Lost Fleet in your steam library -> clicking Properties -> Betas -> and selecting 'testing - beta branch' in the Beta Participation dropdown. Infinite Mode: Objective system now uses the levelup notification system. Event missions are now shuffled into a playlist to prevent repeats. Rebalanced boss salvage values. Depot raid & Escort missions now scale by boss waves completed rather than stage count. Additional proofreading. Improvements: Removed old resources depleted and jump-ready text animations. Balance: Increased Mothership Mule hanger from 5 to 6.
