Blowhole (again), rounding error, and future update patch (3/22/2025) — Second Rate Superheroes Steam update #1387124

Blowhole was bizarrely overpowered and not fun, so his bonus has been dropped from +6% (x difficulty level) on being hurt by a frozen enemy, and +15% (x difficulty level) on killing a Grotesque (2 bar+) or higher enemy, to +6% + 2% per difficulty level, and +15% + 5% per difficulty level, respectively. Hopefully fixed a rounding error where Freeze durations would have a large number of decimal points. The Unlocks page has had its icons shrunk to make room for future unlocks and updates.
