Penalizer Buff and other fixes (1/26/2025) — Second Rate Superheroes Steam update #1387133

Penalizer now has a new class type, 'Exterminator' - a class of heroes that has a modifier to their Ultimate (in this case quicker charging ultimate that has a lower cooldown, but is less powerful). He gains 5 Ultimate every time he levels up, in an attempt to make him stronger. Penalizing Grenades now have a higher scale multiplier when leveling up their damage. Rather than each card offering between 5-10% damage increase, the damage increase is now 10-20%. The tutorial on 'How to Play' now has an additional page explaining status effects. The Shotty's damage tooltip on the pause menu has now been fixed to accurately show its damage numbers. Stage boss' attacks will no longer be paused if the boss is frozen. Meaning that while frozen / stunned, the bosses can still initiate their attacks, but if they are frozen / stunned, their attacks will still play out, while previously they were sim...
