1.) Added Feature to see Que in Barracks for new recruits. 1.a) When hovering over a UI certain building UI's will disappear when selecting on an image or other areas if canceling a que order. 2.) fixed more than one barracks will produce recruits and demonstrate progression in UI. 3.) fixed more than one city hall will produce workers and demonstrate progression in UI. 4.) Barracks Text help tip in Research UI was blank, and is fixed now. 5.)
