Quickfix #1 — The Whispering Valley Steam update #138772

Quickfix patch for fixing three bugs 1) If you save a game while in close view (looking at something with a static cam), go to the main menu and load the game, your camera will be stuck. You need to re-launch the game. That's now fixed. 2) Unable to load the game after saving and exiting the game inside the presbytery. That's also fixed. 3) I also made some changes to the scene loading system to lower the chances of encountering a problem.
