This small patch fixes the following issues: 1) Boat lines being constantly reset during Live Sailing challenges 2) During boat jump in Live Sailing Challenges, there would be problems if you were anchored or moored. Jumping is now prevented in these situations. Also jumping is now allowed in all challenges (passages and races) provided you are within 5 miles of the start.
