Improved borderless fullscreen support for Windows. Enhanced double tap sequences to be more streamlined. Ricochet will now always hit another player. Fixed spitfire event taking up to 4 seconds to begin. Fixed a regression where shooting yourself when having a ricochet active could cause an additional showdown animation to play.
