balanced the game after listening to feedback from the community. will add to this, just for now that there will be some balance at least patch notes: grenade: cooldown 1s > .5s blood shield: cooldown 4s > 2.5s electric circle: damage 7 > 12 white rain: cooldown 2s > 1.5s mines: cooldown 1s > .5s, damage 15 > 10 green whisper: cooldown 3s > 1.5s fire phantom: cooldown 2s > 1.25s
