11/11/25: Small fixes — Erenshor Steam update #140046

Good morning everyone!Two quick fixes today: 1.) Windblown boots effect was accidentally "On Click" instead of "Worn", that's been changed2.) There have been sporadic reports of Fernalla's fight event script not firing off properly. I unfortunately am not able to replicate the issue. The end result is that her perimeter damage area does not despawn when she dies (and a lot of mechanics never occur mid-fight). I've updated her script with a few adjustments that should hopefully solidify the logic. Please let me know if the event is not behaving properly for you.
