Build 0.9.36 — Grand Strategy Steam update #1401228

1. Improved German translation. 2. Attack arrows are drawn behind territory circles. Prevents not being able to select a territory because the attack arrows were stealing clicks. 3. Fixed crash on Orcs vs Humans map when selecting certain territories. 4. Fixed attacks (Attack Do or Die and Advance All) to select the conquered territory. Broken in last build. 5. Use hot keys 1-9 for selecting number of armies in all turns phases: deploy, attack, and fortify. 6. Fixed territory connections on Middle Earth. (All territory connection fixes only apply to new, not existing, games).
