Added a camera fade when fullscreen/windowed mirror option is toggled as it causes a judder in the HMD Fixed a bug allowing returning players earlier build High Scores from appearing on the new leaderboard. Apologies to anyone who's score had to be removed! Options button now functioning again after leaving the options scene
